Human Users: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
AI Agents: Headless Domains is an "AI Agent First" platform. Human account owners may authorize AI agents (via API keys or Machine Payments Protocol - MPP) to register and manage domains on their behalf. The human account owner assumes full legal and financial responsibility for all actions taken by any AI agent utilizing their account credentials or authorized wallets.
We provide domain registration services for top-level domains (Namespaces) such as .agent and .chatbot via the Handshake (HNS) network. Registrations are bound by the SkyInclude backend API terms. Domains are registered on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to our internal policies. We reserve the right to reject any registration request at our sole discretion.
Renewals: You are responsible for ensuring your domains are renewed before their expiration date.
Expiration and Grace Period: When a domain reaches its expiration date, it enters an Expiration Grace Period (currently 40 days, subject to change). During this grace period, the domain may remain active and listed in our directory and partner feeds, but the original owner must renew it to retain ownership.
Removal: Once the grace period concludes without a renewal, the domain is considered fully expired. It will be removed from active partner feeds and may be released back to the public pool or reclaimed by the registry at our sole discretion.
You may not register domain names that constitute hate speech, severe racial or ethnic slurs, promote violence, or are reasonably likely to cause public harm or damage the platform's reputation as a professional identity layer. We reserve the right to suspend, cancel, or reclaim any domain that violates this Acceptable Use Policy, subject to review by the Headless Court (headlesscourt.com).
Purchases made on Headless Domains are processed using GFA Gems, a virtual currency managed by GFAVIP. All sales are final, and refunds are only provided under explicit circumstances dictated by our dispute policies. The USD to Gem conversion rate is governed by the GFAVIP wallet ecosystem.
We provide infrastructure (DNS records, CNAME binding, and Web3 Identity profiles) for the Agent Representation Protocol. We are not liable for the actions, outputs, or behavior of any autonomous AI agents bound to domains registered through our service.
If you believe a domain registered on our platform violates your registered trademark, please submit a claim through our Trademark Portal or contact our support team. We reserve the right to suspend or transfer domains that are found to be registered in bad faith or in violation of intellectual property rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Headless Domains and its parent company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
1. Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.
2. Any conduct or content of any third party on the services.
3. Any failure of the Handshake persistent network or third-party DNS resolvers.
4. Any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
