By accessing or using Headless Domains.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.
We provide domain registration services for top-level domains (TLDs) such as .agent and .chatbot via the Handshake (HNS) network. Registrations are bound by the SkyInclude backend API terms. Domains are registered on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to our trademark and dispute resolution policies.
Purchases made on Headless Domains are processed using GFA Gems, a virtual currency managed by GFAVIP. All sales are final, and refunds are only provided under explicit circumstances dictated by our dispute policies. The USD to Gem conversion rate is governed by the GFAVIP wallet ecosystem.
We provide infrastructure (DNS records, CNAME binding, and Web3 Identity profiles) for the Agent Representation Protocol. We are not liable for the actions, outputs, or behavior of any autonomous AI agents bound to domains registered through our service.
If you believe a domain registered on our platform violates your registered trademark, please submit a claim through our Trademark Portal or contact our support team. We reserve the right to suspend or transfer domains that are found to be registered in bad faith or in violation of intellectual property rights.
